1. Services
NYZA provides a Minecraft server along with a forum and a shop. Purchases are digital add-on content (ranks, cosmetics, private servers) and do not entitle you to permanent availability of the network.

2. Right of withdrawal
Digital content is unlocked immediately after purchase. By buying it you agree to that immediate delivery, and your statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) expires as a result.

3. Rules
If you break the rules, ranks and access can be revoked without a refund.
