Cookies

NYZA only uses strictly necessary cookies:

• PHPSESSID – keeps you logged in and holds your cart (session cookie, ends when you close the browser)
• CSRF token – protects forms against abuse

There is no tracking, no advertising cookies and nothing passed on to third parties.

What data we store

• Account data: username (= Minecraft name), email address, password hash
• Minecraft UUID after verification – so your forum name follows your in-game name
• Forum posts, ratings, applications and support tickets
• Orders: product, price, status, Minecraft name of the recipient
• Game statistics and leaderboard figures from the Nyza Cloud

Your rights

You can request information about your data, have it corrected or have your account deleted at any time. Just open a support ticket or send the team a message. Data that matters for the game (bans, orders) is kept for as long as the law requires.

Payments

Payments are handled by a payment service provider. We store no card details – only the order number, the amount and the status.
